Adult Fitness at Cheryl Loatsch Studio supports strength, balance, and whole-person wellness in a welcoming environment designed for every age and ability level. Our experienced team meets you where you are, helping you move safely, grow confidently, and build lasting wellness habits that fit your life. Every program is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered as you discover your own rhythm of wellness.
- Full WEIGHT ROOM with 14 circuit-training stations for full-body conditioning
- Free-Weight Area for building strength and stability
- Cardio Zone including: treadmills, ellipticals, and a variety of seated and recumbent machines
- Movement Studio with mats and stability balls for stretching, balance work, and gentle conditioning
Also included in your adult membership – MATURE MOVES / MASTER BUILDERS: A conditioning class with the mature adult in mind. Our classes for men and women improve general well-being and foster a strong sense of community.
Components Include:
- Strength training
- Improved flexibility and range of motion
- Low-impact movements
- Mat conditioning
The Studio also partners with supplemental health insurance companies for select programs.
PERSONAL TRAINING: Experience the ultimate in customized fitness. Our trainers help you design a program that fits your goals, schedule, and motivation level. Whether you train regularly or occasionally, you’ll get expert guidance and accountability.
Training Fees:
30 minutes: $25 per session
45 minutes: $38 per session
60 minutes: $48 per session
Specialized training is also available for individuals with unique or complex physical needs.
GROUP FITNESS classes are included in your membership. They provide men and women with a challenging workout in a friendly, motivating environment.
Basic Components Include:
- Warm-up and stretch
- Cardio components done in a variety of ways
- Conditioning focused on toning, strengthening, and flexibility
- Equipment such as tubing, free weights, Resist-a-Ball, plyometrics, and more
- Cool-down and final stretch
True wellness comes from the balance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Our specialized MIND-BODY-SPIRIT classes are designed to nurture the whole person.
Yoga balance • breathe • relax
Yoga Mat and Standing Poses: building strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 8:30-9:30 a.m. and 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Yoga Stretch/ Relaxation: A gentle, mat-based class focused on deep stretches, breathing exercises, and total relaxation.
Saturdays – 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Pilates stretch • strengthen • tone
A total-body workout focused on stretching, core strength, and toning. Pilates improves posture, flexibility, and balance – uniting body and
mind for a stronger, more centered you.
Tuesday/Thursday – 9:30-10:30 a.m. & 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Missing Link
This class addresses specific concerns of older adults by combining the practices of Yoga and Tai Chi. Benefits of this class include improved balance, coordination, hand and foot articulation, breath control, flexibility, mental clarity, increased freedom of movement, and relaxation!
Saturdays – 9:00-9:45 a.m.
Tai Chi
A personalized introduction to the gentle art of tai chi – blending balance, relaxation, and focused concentration. All movements are taught at a beginner’s pace. Personal training rates apply.
